Have you already seen the new Netflix show Emily in Paris? You either love or hate this show. I personally adored it! I admit some things weren't always quite right, like how can she afford all these designers clothes with her marketing job? I'm definitely doing something wrong here. Although it had some cliches, I enjoyed watching the series because of the eye-catching colourful outfits. It inspired me so much that I bought a lilac beret the next day after I binge-watched Emily in Paris. Did you love the show as much as I did? For those who haven't watched yet, Emily Cooper played by actress Lily Collins, moves to Paris for her marketing job. While discovering Paris on her own after her boyfriend broke up with her, she soon made new friends (with also remarkable fashionable outfits) and even became an influencer by sharing her pictures on social media.

The stylist behind Emily's costumes is the American fashion designer Patricia Fields. She is also the mastermind behind the ensembles in Sex and the City and the Devil Wears Prada. Some may say that the outfits are far from perfect, but I enjoyed every single outfit. Lots of patterns, colours and bold prints were used, it definitely made a statement.
