RETURN POLICY

What are the return guidelines?

We accept Exchange within 24 Hours.

Following are the return guidelines:

Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Designarche, be issued a refund to your wallet( Credit Note that can be used/redeemed as a Discount code on Checkout). Also Forward and Reverse Shipping will be Deducted from the Amount.
Please use the same Email for raising the request.
Made to Order (Maternity Wear & Kids wear ) Products are non RETURNABLE.

For Pay on Delivery orders.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES TO RETURN A PRODUCT

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category	Conditions
Correct Product	bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product	All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product	The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Orginal Packing	Product should have its packing.
Undamaged Packaging	Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the Us.

Also please note that All Legal Matters are pertaining to Gurugram Jurisdiction.
